I think I know who is running this blog!!!!! It is Ethergnat!!! I gave a couple gossip items and he ignored the one about Ethergnat and didn't say anything about it or refer to it. It was a major even in chat one night but he didn't mention it here.
There were some chatters who were calling Ethergnat out. He had told everyone NOT to go for the leader board for October. He had complained endlessly about how it ruined his life in September and how it wasn't worth it and would not shut up for one minute about it. He told everyone that came into chat that he WASN'T going for the leader board for October for sure.
Now look, he is at the top, fighting for first. Someone asked him and he said it was an "accident"! Does he think we're stupid? You don't stay on Jellyfish 97 percent of the time on accident! You don't have 150 guru points for the month on accident!
He outright lied so others wouldn't go for it, making it easier for him to. What a liar!
I know if this gets erased that the owner of this blog is definitely Ethergnat! Come out, come out, wherever you are????
I promise I am not EtherGnat...but I will not let this blog further devolve into a guessing game about this identity. This blog is not about who I am; it is about WHO WE ARE!
LaLa - I received your PM about Ether but did not publish because: a) I am super busy with my real job; b) crazy with my personal life right now; c) have other ideas for this blog I want to tackle first; and d) thought that - no offense - the Ether gossip wouldn't be especially interesting to a lot of people.
Okay okay but I had to guess didn't I? I will leave it to an unknown mystery like the Lochness Monster!

Actually, the response falls on deaf ears for this reader. I think lala is right. Your reasons for not posting the Ether gossip don't ring as true to me. My BS ometer is going off!

That was and still is a huge issue on chat...EhterGnat's shenanigans and rantings and ravings about the leaderboards. People feel like they were played a fool and are still not happy about it. Why is that not reported here but things less important are?
